What is Hypoglycemia? How to treat Hypoglycemia?

Hypoglycemia is a term used to describe a medical state when the blood sugar falls below normal levels. A patient who is treated with Hypoglycemia is often in danger of a potential damage to brain tissues which in severe cases can lead to a coma. It is important to understand that low sugar doesnt mean that the deficiency will be restored by eating sweet or sugar. Instead, the sugar deficiency in the blood stream is a result of the deficiency in certain vitamins that help maintain a proper sugar level in the body.
Most experts believe that Chromium is the most effective defense against Hypoglycemia. It acts as the first line of defense against the lethal production of insulin. Once the insulin deposits in the blood decreases, the normal body functions take over. Brown bread, wheat and cereals contain a high dose of Chromium. To treat Hypoglycemia, always use the vitamin supplements . Vitamin supplements constitute ingredients such as Chromium, Vitamin B and Magnesium. It is recommended to use the prescribed vitamin medications from Physicians. These vitamins are specifically designed for Hypocalcaemia patients. In order to effectively counter Hypoglycemia, it is important to avoid processed food and regularly use the vitamin supplements.
